Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC is seeking part-time Frontline Workers in Franklin Lakes, NJ to provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings.

As an RBT or BT, you will implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills. We offer competitive compensation and growth opportunities within a collaborative clinical team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year ABA experience with autism/developmental disabilities
• Pass required background checks and health screenings
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between client locations
• Active RBT certification for RBT role or certification within first 4 months for BT role

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision using evidence-based strategies
• Help individuals develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills
• Accurately collect and record data, complete session documentation, and report progress to the clinical team
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, teachers, and other team members to ensure high-quality care
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and professional standards
