Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC is hiring Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) in Basking Ridge, NJ. Positions support in-home and community-based ABA services with flexible afternoons and occasional weekends.

You will work under BCBA supervision, implementing individualized plans and helping clients build communication, social, and daily living skills across environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of ABA and experience with autism/developmental disabilities.
• Background checks and health screenings required.
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between client locations.
• Commitment to professional standards and ongoing development.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA direction using evidence-based strategies.
• Help individuals develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Collect and record data, complete session documentation, and communicate progress to the clinical team.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and families to provide high-quality care.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training.
