Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC in Piscataway, NJ is seeking a part-time Frontline Worker to provide direct ABA services in home, school, and community settings. As an RBT or BT, you will help individuals develop communication, social, emotional, and daily living skills under BCBA supervision, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for certification support and career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of ABA and experience with autism/developmental disabilities.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
• Comfortable lifting 40–50 lbs and traveling between client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA using evidence-based strategies.
• Develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Collect data, complete session documentation, and report progress to the clinical team.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other team members.
