Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC is seeking an RBT/BT for part-time frontline clinical work in East Orange, NJ. You’ll provide ABA services in home, school, and community settings, building communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience and prior work with autism/developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision using evidence-based strategies.
• Help individuals develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Quantitatively collect data, complete session documentation, and share progress with the clinical team.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and teachers to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
