Achieving Stars Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism, by providing in-home and community based ABA services.

This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those you work with. Responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision,

Qualifikationen

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Behavior Technician.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of ABA principles and data collection.
HIPAA confidentiality awareness.
Ability to work in a team.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Aufgaben

Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising BCBA.
Collect data on client behavior during sessions.
Assist in the development and implementation of care plans.
Utilize ABA techniques to teach new skills and manage challenging behaviors.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure effective care coordination.
