Job summary

Achieving Stars Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support individuals with autism through in-home and community ABA services. You will implement intervention plans, collect data, and collaborate with a BCBA and interdisciplinary team.

Requirements include 1 year of experience, high school diploma, HIPAA awareness, and strong communication. This in-person role offers competitive hourly pay and part- and full-time options.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in ABA or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by BCBA.
• Collect data on client behavior during sessions.
• Assist in development and implementation of care plans.
• Utilize ABA techniques to teach new skills and manage challenging behaviors.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure effective care coordination.
