Job summary

Achieving Stars Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The role focuses on providing in-home and community-based ABA services to individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism, under supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Understand HIPAA and confidentiality in medical records.
• Ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by BCBA.
• Collect data on client behavior during sessions.
• Assist in development and implementation of care plans.
• Use ABA techniques to teach new skills and manage behaviors.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for coordination.
