Job summary

Achieving Stars Therapy KS is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. You will provide in-home and community-based ABA services to individuals with autism, supporting behavior interventions and data collection under supervision.

This role emphasizes compassionate care and collaboration with a BCBA-led team. Requirements include a high school diploma and a willingness to travel; the position offers part-time or full-time hours with a hourly pay range and benefits such as paid

Qualifications

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism is preferred.
Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of medical records.

Responsibilities

Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising BCBA.
Collect data on client behavior during sessions.
Assist in the development and implementation of care plans.
Utilize ABA techniques to teach new skills and manage challenging behaviors.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure effective care coordination.
