Job summary

BehaviorCare Therapy is seeking paraprofessionals to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes around North Phoenix (85024). Pay ranges from $21–$26/hr with afternoon/evening hours and flexible scheduling to fit your current commitments.

You will work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, implementing play-based ABA under a BCBA, helping skills like daily living, communication, and independence.

Qualifications

• Experience with children (SPED Para, 1:1 aide or related roles).
• ABA experience is a plus.
• Afternoon/evening availability; weekends a plus.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids in their homes to support ABA goals.
• Follow treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Track progress using a simple data system on a phone or tablet.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other staff to maintain consistency.
• Provide feedback to families and celebrate progress.
