Job summary

BehaviorCare Therapy is hiring a part-time ABA paraprofessional to work in the home of a 9-year-old client in San Tan Valley, AZ. The role involves 1:1 play-based ABA sessions after school and in the evening, focusing on daily living, communication, and independence under BCBA supervision.

You'll deliver hands-on support, document progress with a mobile data system, and stay consistent with the BCBA and team. Reliable transport and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in educational or therapy settings.
• Background in SPED para, 1:1 aide, or caregiver roles is helpful.
• ABA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the child’s home.
• Follow treatment plans created by supervisor (BCBA).
• Track progress using a simple data system on mobile devices.
• Coordinate with BCBA and team to maintain consistency.
