Job summary

BehaviorCare Therapy is seeking Paraprofessionals to work 1:1 with children in their homes in Phoenix, AZ during afternoon and evening hours. You'll use play-based ABA techniques to support daily living skills.

You’ll follow plans created by a BCBA, track progress with a simple data system on a phone or tablet, and partner with a BCBA and teammates to stay consistent.

This role offers flexible part-time scheduling, competitive hourly pay ($21-$26), and benefits for those working 20+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (SPED Para, 1:1 Aide or Classroom Aide, after-school programs, caregiving, autism).
• ABA experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids in their homes to help them learn and grow using ABA techniques.
• Follow simple step-by-step treatment plans made by your supervisor (BCBA).
• Track progress during each session using a data system on your phone or tablet.
