Job summary

BehaviorCare Therapy is seeking paraprofessionals to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes in Phoenix, AZ. This part-time role offers afternoon/evening hours with flexible scheduling to supplement other work or school commitments.

You will support children on the autism spectrum, implement play-based ABA under a BCBA's guidance, and help with daily living skills, communication, and independence in a supportive, family-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (SPED Para, 1:1 Aide or Classroom Aide).
• Afternoon/evening availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids in their homes using play-based ABA techniques.
• Follow step-by-step treatment plans made by supervisor (BCBA).
• Track progress during each session using a data system on your phone or tablet.
• Team up with BCBA and fellow techs to keep sessions consistent and effective.
• Provide feedback to families about session progress and celebrate wins.
