Job summary

BehaviorCare Therapy is seeking Paraprofessionals to work 1:1 with children on the autism spectrum in their homes in Phoenix. You’ll provide play-based ABA support under supervision from a BCBA, helping with daily living skills, communication, and independence.

This is flexible part-time afternoon/evening work (Wed & Thu 4:30–6:45 PM) with pay of $21–$26 per hour. Train in data tracking and follow step-by-step treatment plans; reliable transportation and background check required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is preferred
• Must be available for afternoon/evening hours
• Reliable transportation required
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA support in clients' homes
• Follow clinician-created treatment plans (BCBA)
• Track progress using a data system on a phone or tablet
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to maintain consistency
• Give feedback to families about session progress
