BehaviorCare Therapy is seeking 1:1 ABA paraprofessionals to work in clients' homes in Phoenix, AZ, delivering play-based ABA therapy in the afternoon and evening. You’ll provide hands-on support to children with autism, following plans set by a BCBA and recording progress with a simple data system.

Ideal candidates have experience with children, are reliable, and can pass a background check. This is a part-time opportunity with flexible scheduling and in-home hours.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working with children (SPED Para, 1:1 Aide or Classroom Aide, or caregiving).
• Background check required and reliable transportation.

Aufgaben

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes (Phoenix).
• Follow step-by-step treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Track progress during each session using a data system on a phone or tablet.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and families to support daily living skills and independence.
