Job summary

BehaviorCare Therapy is seeking a part-time para-professional to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes in Phoenix (85008). The role focuses on building daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence through play-based ABA under supervision. You’ll work afternoons to evenings Mon-Thu, with flexible scheduling and ongoing training.

Experience with children, especially in SPED or caregiving, is preferred. ABA experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with children (SPED Para, 1:1 Aide, or related caregiving).
• ABA experience a plus.
• Afternoon/evening availability; weekends a plus.
• Reliable transportation; pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA support in clients' homes.
• Follow treatment plans created by your supervisor (BCBA).
• Track progress using a data system on your phone or tablet.
• Collaborate with BCBA and fellow therapists to ensure consistency.
• Provide feedback to families and celebrate progress.
