Responsibilities

• In-field Coaching & Development: Observe 8-12 ride-alongs weekly to improve customer experience.
• Sales Process Ownership & Expertise: Reinforce Empire brand experiences and use of offerings.
• Performance Coaching & Accountability: Translate data into coaching priorities for each consultant.
• Collaborative and Brand-conscious Decisional Authority: Exercise decision authority to grow consultants' skills.
• Team Development & Capacity Building: Lead skill-building sessions and onboard new Flooring Consultants.
• Other duties as assigned.
