Job summary

Empire Today is seeking a Field Sales Manager to drive Empire's in-home experience through a dedicated team of Flooring Consultants. This role blends in-field coaching, brand execution, and performance accountability to lift customer experience and market results.

The position requires strong coaching, field leadership, and the ability to translate data into meaningful development plans, with a focus on boosting conversion and ticket size.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales leadership and coaching experience.
• Experience in field-based or Shop-At-Home selling environments.
• Ability to observe, diagnose and influence sales behaviors.

Responsibilities

• In-Field Coaching & Development: spend 50% in the field coaching and ride-alongs.
• Own the end-to-end in-home sales experience and brand delivery.
• Translate performance data into coaching priorities for consultants.
• Deliver live demonstrations and assist selling to maintain expert knowledge.
• Lead skill-building sessions and onboard new Flooring Consultants.
