Job summary

Empire Today, LLC is seeking a Field Sales Manager to serve as the subject matter expert for delivering the Empire in-home experience. The role focuses on in-field coaching of Flooring Consultants to improve customer experience and market results.

A strong emphasis on real-time coaching, brand-aligned sales processes, and driving performance through observation and development. The position is primarily field-based, with travel to observe and coach, and requires leadership to enable consultants

Qualifications

Two years sale leadership and coaching experience in a field environment.
Demonstrated expertise in consultative or in-home selling processes.
Strong ability to observe, diagnose and improve sales behaviors.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license for field activities.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

In-Field Coaching & Development: spend 50% of time in the field conducting ride-alongs to coach and develop consultants.
Observe real-time interactions and identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
Deliver actionable coaching to strengthen engagement and conversion.
Translate performance data into coaching priorities tied to KPIs.
Lead skill-building sessions and support onboarding of new Flooring Consultants.
