Job summary

Empire Today is seeking a Field Sales Manager to act as the subject matter expert for delivering the in-home Empire experience through a designated team of Flooring Consultants. You will lead in-field coaching, observe real-time interactions, and model best-in-class selling techniques to drive customer satisfaction and market results.

This role is primarily field-based, requiring travel for live coaching and development, with a focus on expanding team capability and ensuring consistent execution

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in consultative or in-home selling processes.
• Strong ability to observe, diagnose and improve sales behaviors.
• Proven capability to coach and influence performance in a field-based environment.

Responsibilities

• In-Field Coaching & Development: spend 50% in the field conducting ride-alongs to coach and develop skills.
• Sales Process Ownership & Expertise: lead end-to-end in-home sales experience and brand standards.
• Performance Coaching & Accountability: translate data into coaching priorities and track KPIs.
• Collaborative and Brand-conscious Decisional Authority: exercise real-time coaching and guidance.
• Team Development & Capacity Building: lead skill-building sessions and onboard new Flooring Consultants.
• Other duties as assigned.
