HearingLife is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the face of our retail clinics nationwide, delivering warm, personalized service and helping more people hear better. You will support the clinic to achieve revenue goals by attracting new patients and coordinating patient interactions and needs.

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, administrative, or healthcare-related roles.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and provide high level of customer service.
• Handle 50–75 inbound/outbound calls per day.
• Schedule and confirm all patient appointments.
• Process patient intake and verify insurance information.
• Manage office supplies, payments, and hearing aid inventory.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and office cleanliness.
