Michigan Ear Institute in Farmington Hills, MI is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team. The role blends administrative duties with clinical support, reporting to a PT and helping manage patient flow, scheduling, and front-desk tasks.

The position is full-time and in-person, with an hourly wage of $18. You will assist therapists with patient exercises, maintain the clinic, verify insurance, and support daily operations to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience as a physical therapy technician/aide is helpful.
• Front desk receptionist experience preferred.
• Office365 and EMR systems knowledge; WebPT and/or Athena helpful.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a clinical setting.
• Ability to take initiative and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Physical Therapists with patient exercises and movement as directed.
• Keeping the clinic clean and organized, and preparing treatment areas.
• Greeting patients and supporting front desk when needed (scheduling, check-in/out, insurance verifications).
• Help support clinic workflow and overall patient experience.
