Job summary

Team Rehab is seeking a Patient Administrative Coordinator to be the friendly first contact at our clinic in Southfield, Michigan. You will greet patients, verify appointments, and assist with paperwork to ensure a smooth visit.

You will coordinate with therapists and staff, manage scheduling, collect copays, and answer insurance questions while maintaining accurate records in our EMR system.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must possess solid basic computer skills.
• Experience in a patient-centered health care position is an advantage but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and verify appointments, assist with paperwork.
• Ensure 360 communication with patients, physicians, staff and follow-ups.
• Maintain scheduling and coordinate with therapists to meet patient needs.
• Handle insurance questions, explain benefits, obtain authorizations.
