Job summary

Ivy Health in Keego Harbor, MI seeks a Patient Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact and ensure a welcoming, organized clinic experience. You will support front office tasks like registration and scheduling while keeping patient records accurate and coordinating with clinicians.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Handle patient registration and scheduling to ensure a smooth clinic flow.
