ABC Operations Manager position in Colleyville, TX oversees the daily operations of a pediatric ABA clinic. You will lead a large team, drive KPI tracking, budget management, and safety/compliance initiatives while fostering a supportive environment for families and clinicians.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of people management experience across multiple sites, a Bachelor's or Master’s degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of people management across multiple sites or district management.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
• High EQ due to work with kids and families.
• Strong, professional communication with department leaders.
• Impactful leader who handles crises and supports teammates.

Responsabilités

• Monthly tracking of KPIs, clinic budgets and team performance.
• Establish strong connections with families, providing onboarding education and guidance.
• Lead 25–50 teammates delivering clinical excellence; conduct performance evaluations and develop plans; plan monthly/quarterly team events.
