Job summary

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a center in North Carolina. You’ll take ownership of financial performance, staffing, safety, and compliance while supporting clinicians delivering evidence-based ABA therapy.

• At least 3–6 years of experience managing large teams across multiple sites or districts.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred; extensive management experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee KPIs, budget, and center performance to meet quality and efficiency goals.
• Manage, mentor, and retain 25–50 teammates delivering clinical care.
• Support families by providing onboarding guidance for ABA treatment.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, Admissions, and regional leaders to align operational goals with clinical care.
• Maintain compliance and safety across all center operations.
