Job summary

ABC is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee a pediatric ABA therapy facility in Texas. Lead clinical teams, manage budgets, and ensure safety and compliance while driving growth and high-quality care.

You will guide 25–50 clinicians, support families during onboarding, and collaborate with clinic leadership to optimize operations. Initial training takes place in Austin, TX, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of leadership of large teams across multiple sites or districts.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred; HS Diploma/GED accepted with strong experience.
• High emotional intelligence for working with children and families.
• Strong communication and collaboration with department leaders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational success by managing KPIs, clinic budgets, and team performance.
• Lead, engage, and retain a team of 25–50 professionals delivering clinical care; conduct evaluations and growth plans.
• Engage families and communities during onboarding to build trust and provide guidance.
• Collaborate with admissions, clinical directors, and leaders to ensure high-quality operations.
