Qualifications

• 6+ years of people management experience across multiple sites or districts.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred or substantial management experience.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of an ABC facility and ensure safe, compliant, and efficient performance.
• Monthly tracking of KPIs, clinic budgets, and team performance.
• Lead 25–50 teammates delivering clinical excellence; conduct evaluations and development plans.
• Engage with families during onboarding and provide education and guidance.
