Job summary

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) seeks an Operations Manager in Texas to lead a multi-site clinic network, oversee budgets, KPIs, and 25–50 clinical staff, and ensure exemplary care for children with autism. You will guide onboarding and collaborate with clinical leadership to maintain high-quality operations.

You will need substantial leadership experience, a degree as noted, and strong empathy to support families and teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of managing large teams across multiple sites or districts.
• Bachelor's or master's degree preferred, high school diploma/GED required as baseline.
• Strong empathy and communication when working with families and clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational success by managing KPIs, clinic budgets, and team performance.
• Lead, engage, and retain a team of 25-50 professionals delivering clinical care.
• Build trust with families during onboarding and provide guidance throughout the journey.
• Collaborate with admissions, clinical directors, and departments to ensure quality operations.
