Action Behavior Centers in Spring, TX is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the overall operations of an ABC facility, fostering a supportive environment for your team and ensuring financial, safety, and compliance oversight at the site.

Your goal is to transform lives by overseeing clinical operations, engaging families, and building a high-performing team delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of people management experience leading a large team across multiple sites.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree preferred or equivalent management experience.
• High EQ required due to work with families of children with developmental delays.
• Strong and professional communication among department leaders.

Responsabilités

• Metrics & Financials: Monthly tracking of KPIs, clinic budgets and team performance.
• Community Engagement: Establish strong connections with families, provide education and onboarding guidance.
• Team Leadership: Attract, engage & retain 25–50 teammates delivering clinical excellence; conduct evaluations and development plans.
• Clinical Outcomes: Partner with Admissions, Clinical Director & department leaders on operations quality.
