Job summary

ABC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of an ABA therapy facility in Texas. You’ll cultivate a supportive environment for a large team while upholding performance, safety, and financial metrics, and you’ll advocate for the families we serve.

You’ll manage KPIs, budgets, and staffing across multiple sites, recruit and retain 25–50 teammates, and partner with clinical leaders to drive quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6 years of people management experience across multiple sites.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred or considerable management experience.
• High EQ due to work with kids and families.
• Strong, professional communication among department leaders.
• An impact player delivering exceptional experiences for teammates and families.

Responsibilities

• Monthly tracking of KPIs, clinic budgets and team performance.
• Build strong connections with families and guide onboarding.
• Attract, engage & retain 25–50 teammates delivering clinical excellence.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director & Department Leaders on operations quality.
