Job summary

Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, seeks a Registered Behavior Technician for center-based ABA therapy. The role delivers 1:1 and group instruction, follows BCBA/BC plans, and tracks client data to support progress in communication, daily living skills, and social behavior.

Candidates must have an RBT certification or be willing to obtain one, pass a background check, and meet physical requirements.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain RBT certification within 45 days.
• HS diploma or GED is required.
• Willing to undergo background check and TB test.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform floor work.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 and group client care with intensive teaching.
• Follow treatment plans created by BCBA/BC.
• Collect, record, and summarize observable client data.
• Support parent/caregiver training per protocols.
• Ensure timely documentation and data entry.
• Communicate progress with parents/caregivers as directed.
