Qualifications

• Must hold or be willing to obtain RBT certification per BACB guidelines.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older and have reliable transportation.
• Willing to obtain CPR/First Aid training and TB test.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lift up to 50 lbs) and be on floor activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 and small group ABA therapy under supervision.
• Follow client treatment plans and data collection protocols.
• Record, summarize, and report observable client behavior data.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training as prescribed.
• Ensure timely documentation and safety of therapy environment.
• Communicate progress with parents under BCBA guidance.
• Prepare client materials and support BCBA/BC in assessments.
