Job summary

Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 and small-group ABA therapy in-center. You will work under BCBA supervision to implement treatment plans for young children with autism.

Responsibilities include data collection, parent coaching, and maintaining accurate documentation in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Competitive pay, PTO, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain current RBT certification (BACB).
• Must be willing to participate in background check.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Willing to obtain TB test annually.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active with children.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Proficient with recording data on mobile devices and using digital apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings with intensive teaching and natural environment training.
• Follow treatment plans created by BCBA/BC.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training aligned with treatment protocols.
• Ensure documentation is completed on time and per procedures.
• Communicate progress with parents and caregivers as instructed by BCBA/BC.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized therapy environment.
• Assist BCBA/BC in preparing client materials and assessments.
