Job summary

You will leverage Chase mobile and online tools to deliver personalized solutions, while delivering friendly service that strengthens client relationships. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a focus on accuracy, and the ability to work flexible branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

• Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs.
• Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to help clients and build trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
