Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• Weekend/evening hours availability.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Meet with branch assigned clients, in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them to specialists.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices while adhering to policies.
