Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations by delivering attentive service.

• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients in person or by phone to tailor product recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and coordinate with experts.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
