Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 1 year customer service in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree or military service in a related role may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and consumer lending.
• Identify opportunities to grow relationships through a disciplined sales process, referrals, and outbound calls.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures and uphold risk controls.
