Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. in Minneapolis seeks a Customer Experience Banker to act as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers. You will build consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.

You will process transactions accurately and educate customers on bank products and technology while delivering exemplary service and supporting the bank’s goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience or military service in a related role, or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Familiarity with consumer deposit products and consumer lending.
• Ability to proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on deposit and lending products and services.
• Identify opportunities to expand customer relationships through disciplined sales and referrals.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
