Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. in Minnesota seeks a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge.

You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending deposit products and services, while handling transactions accurately and balancing daily. You will participate in a disciplined sales process, educate customers about online and mobile banking, and refer to other bank areas to deepen partnerships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience in customer service in banking, financial services or goal-driven retail sales is preferred.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Educating customers on consumer deposit products and services.
• Growing customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
