The ideal candidate will have an associate degree or relevant experience, retail/banking background, and strong communication. The schedule is Mon-Fri with rotating Saturdays and a competitive incentive-based compensation.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years’ experience in a sales and service environment.
• Retail / branch banking experience in operations and sales.
• Extensive knowledge of banking/financial products and services.
• Must be digitally savvy with digital banking technology.
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-through.
• Agile and resourceful in a fast-paced environment.
• Growth mindset and quick learner.
• Strategic thinker who can work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional in-branch customer service experience.

• Identify referral opportunities to a subject matter expert or relationship banker.
