Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking a motivated cashier to support our casino operations in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on accurate cash handling, guest service, and adherence to security policies.

You will unwind transactions, ensure error-free cash handling, and assist with machine drops and balance activities. Strong communication in English, basic math, and a professional, confidential approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members; fluent and literate in English.
• Must have basic math skills, including add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• General cashiering background or prior money handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform varied cashier functions in a pleasant, efficient, and honest manner.
• Adhere to all department and property policies and procedures for guest service standards.
• Replenish currency in cassettes as needed for all NRT machines.
• Initiate end-of-day drops on machines.
• Count down bank at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Troubleshoot NRT machines when issues arise.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality in all company matters.
