Priority Worldwide is hiring an Import Customer Service Representative in Baltimore, MD, to provide proactive support for import shipments. You will track shipments, manage communications, and assist with documentation and billing.

This on-site role offers hands-on training and opportunities to grow within a global logistics team. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of logistics and customer service experience, be detail-oriented, and comfortable using CargoWise and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in logistics, including import or freight forwarding.
• Customer service experience required.
• On-site in Baltimore, MD; US work authorization.

Responsabilités

• Provide proactive, high-touch service to import clients.
• Track and trace shipments from arrival to delivery.
• Manage shared inboxes with timely responses.
• Support documentation, billing, and data entry.
• Coordinate with partners to ensure compliant cargo movement.
• Learn import processes, regulations, and documentation.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment.
