Responsibilities

• Receive and enter orders, review rates and service requirements.
• Track and schedule imports/exports based on capacity and vessel schedules.
• Communicate changes to customers and operations; update notes in system.
• Update orders with notes, services, and charges in SWS.
• Monitor email accounts and respond promptly to customer requests.
• Prepare reports for key accounts (e.g., Goodyear, Caterpillar, K&N).
• Assist dispatch operations and collections as needed.
• Gather and file documents; ensure invoicing and driver settlements.
