Priority Worldwide is seeking an Import Customer Service Representative in Baltimore, MD to deliver proactive service to import clients and support shipments. You will track shipments, manage email inboxes, and assist with documentation and billing while coordinating with carriers and internal teams to ensure compliant, on-time delivery.

The role offers on-site work with hybrid flexibility after training and a clear path into import operations within a global logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of logistics experience (freight forwarding preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• On-site in Baltimore, MD; ability to work in the United States.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Provide proactive customer service to import clients and ensure shipment success.
• Track and trace shipments from arrival to delivery with updates.
• Manage shared email inboxes and ensure timely responses.
• Support documentation, billing, and data entry for shipments and brokerage.
• Coordinate with global partners and internal teams for compliant movement.
• Learn international import processes including customs requirements.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable team environment.
