Job summary

REPAY is seeking an Implementations Lead at the Atlanta Headquarters to drive merchant and partner onboarding from signed agreement to live processing. You will run a hands-on team, manage priorities, and escalate complex onboardings while coordinating with Sales Engineering and Partnerships.

You will mentor analysts, guide API integrations, and train partners on setup, troubleshooting, and reporting. A 5+ year payments background and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years in payments implementation, merchant onboarding, or technical support.
• 1–2+ years in a team lead or leadership role.
• Strong communication and client-service orientation.
• Experience coordinating multiple concurrent implementations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily standups, assign merchant and partner projects, and balance workload with go-live dates.
• Review performance of implementation analysts and manage escalations.
• Oversee merchant onboarding configuration: virtual terminal, hosted payments, settlement, and reporting.
• Guide ISV/VAR/reseller partners through API integration, testing, and onboarding workflows.
• Deliver partner training on onboarding, configuration, troubleshooting, and handoffs.
• Define KPIs and create repeatable playbooks to reduce friction across teams.
