REPAY is seeking a process-driven Lead, Implementations to head our merchant and partner onboarding efforts. You will manage day-to-day prioritization, workload, and escalations while staying hands-on with complex onboardings, API integrations, and training.

This role reports to the Director of Sales Engineering and requires strong leadership and coordination across multiple teams. You will oversee configuration, onboarding, testing, and performance, ensuring first-transaction success and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years in payments implementation, merchant onboarding, or technical support, incl. 1–2+ years leading a team
• Strong communication and client service orientation

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: run daily standups, assign projects, balance workload and go-live dates
• Merchant Onboarding: oversee configuration, including virtual terminal, hosted payments, settlement, reporting
• Partner Implementations: guide ISV, VAR, and reseller partners through API integration and testing
• Training and Enablement: deliver merchant training on the platform and create runbooks
• Process and Metrics: define KPIs and drive playbooks across teams and partnerships
