Job summary

Paylocity in Schaumburg, IL is seeking an Implementation Team Lead to coach, mentor and lead the Implementation Consultants. You will collaborate with Managers to ensure training needs are addressed, drive performance, and resolve client issues with a focus on quality metrics and timely delivery.

The role requires 2+ years in implementation, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong MS Office skills; this is an in-office, five-days-per-week position with no remote option.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in an Implementation role required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must have a complete understanding of Paylocity’s implementation standards, policies, and procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations for designated team.
• Supervise the work of the assigned group on a day-to-day basis, including delegation of tasks to team members.
• Provide support, coaching and development of new and existing team members.
• Facilitate communication and expectations through regular meetings, 1:1s or team huddles.
• Provide input and recommendations to managers on performance and promotions; define next steps with the team.
• Develop and collaborate with management on best practices to improve performance.
• Troubleshoot escalated client/departmental issues and offer solutions aligning with satisfaction and direction.
• Meet defined KPIs and be the primary contact for new hires for training recommendations.
• Use knowledge to assist team members and handle client overflow calls.
• Mentor/coach peers as needed.
