Job summary

Paylocity, a leading cloud-based HR and payroll software provider, is hiring an Operations Team Lead in Schaumburg, IL. This 100% in-office role leads Implementation Consultants, coaching, mentoring and coordinating to ensure successful client deployments.

You will manage performance, run regular meetings, troubleshoot issues, and champion training improvements while aligning with KPIs and project timelines. Paylocity offers medical, dental, vision, life, disability coverage and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in an Implementation role required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must have a complete understanding of Paylocity’s implementation standards, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations for designated team.
• Provide coaching and development of new and existing team members.
• Facilitate communication and expectations through regularly occurring meetings, 1:1s or team huddles.
• Provide input and recommendations to managers in performance management and promotions.
