Base pay range

$55.00/yr - $70.00/yr

Title: Pharmacy Automation Implementation Specialist

Schedule: Remote- 70-80% Travel

• Candidates will travel to Client Sites for 2-3 weeks of the month (M-W or T-Th: 2-3 days at a time)

Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire

BR: 55-70/hr

Salary: 70-75k once converted

Must Haves

• Familiarity with pharmacy automation technologies and systems or experience in a technical/ implementation role in a Hospital/ Clinical setting.
• Proficient in system configuration, troubleshooting, and technical support onsite and remoting in.
• Strong excel experience
• SQL experience for data management, reporting/ analytics, and integration
• Add/ remove functionality to Pharmacy Automated Devices/ Pill Counters
• Scripting Experience (any language)

Pluses:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, or pharmacy technician certified

Day to Day:

Insight Global is looking for a Pharmacy Automation Implementation Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy operations, automation systems, and technical support. This role involves coordinating the implementation of automation solutions in pharmacy settings, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

• Participate in the planning, execution, and delivery of pharmacy automation projects.
• Ensure seamless integration of automation systems with existing pharmacy operations.
• Provide onsite or remote technical support during installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of automation systems & conduct training sessions for pharmacy staff on the use and maintenance of said systems
• Work closely with vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation of automation equipment.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of implementation processes, system configurations, and training materials.
• Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to pharmacy staff to ensure optimal use of automation systems.

Compensation:

$55hr to $70/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
