Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiatives across the United States. We are currently seeking an ERP Implementation Specialist to join our team.

Summary:

• Client Agency: Defense Logistics Agency
• Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Government SECRET / TOP SECRET Clearance. (Basic Federal Clearance requirements include U.S. Citizenship, a clear criminal history check, and no recent or pending bankruptcies)
• Manages and plans deployment of new capabilities to Defense Agencies/Services based on provided agreements/checklists
• Provides expertise in Oracle EBS, with knowledge of R12.2 or higher
• Provides regular updates on implementation status to stakeholders
• Ensures adequate resourcing for successful implementation
• Develops and monitors risk mitigation strategies and provides status updates
• Leads cutover activities and post-production support
• Assists in creating 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' business process documents
• Supports business process reengineering for optimization and efficiency
• Supports the Global Model Team in design and testing to meet operational needs
• Maintains compliance documentation for each deployment
• Identifies opportunities for post-Implementation workshops for key business functions
• Develops and reports on performance metrics, including dashboards
• Provides post-implementation customer support and outreach
• Shares knowledge and plans on new business processes with internal teams

Requirements:

• Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Government SECRET / TOP SECRET Clearance
• 4+ years of ERP Implementation experience
• Experience supporting DoD or Federal Oracle shared service providers on Oracle EBS R12.2 or higher
• Experience with Oracle EDQ and ODI tools
• Excellent communication skills

Preferences:

• One of the following certifications: IAT-II security certification (e.g., CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, etc.)
• One of the following Oracle certifications: OCI Foundations, OCA, WebLogic Server 12c Administrator, Java SE 8 Programmer I, OEM 12c, BIP 12c R1, CIS, Identity Governance 12c, etc.
